Materials and Methods: Hydroxyapatite powder [HAp-Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2] synthesized by "wet" method in the Bioceramic Laboratory of the Department of Ceramic Technology, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, AGH-University of Science and Technology was used for the preparation of microporous carriers.
Physicochemical properties of the materials obtained were studied.
The materials studied exhibited total porosity in the range of 1540%.

Protein feed, which is produced by antibiotic-containing raw materials, is banned in China.
At present, the main raw materials in preparation of activated carbon in the world are coal, fruit shell and wood.
There exist some problems about a shortage of raw materials and high cost in preparation.
As the main components of the waste mycelium are protein, residual sugar, cellulose and other materials, high carbon content, activated carbon can be prepared by carbonized and activated.
