Experimental Materials Sisal fiber was supplied by Guangxi Sisal Company, glass fiber was supplied by Chongqing Glass fiber Company, phenol formaldehyde resin was purchased from Wuhan High Balance Composite Materials Co.
Analysis on reason, sisal fiber is a kind of plant fiber, it can improve the mixing performance of material and debase the density of frictional materials.
Conclusion The hybrid fiber used as braking friction materials have the advantages of favorable friction and wear properties,higher impact strength.

To prepare the renewable carrier materials for immobilization of nitrifying bacteria, polylactic acid (PLA) dichloromethane solution was added to chitosan aqueous solution, mixed by agitation at a speed of 150 rpm / min.
But the current microbial carriers are mostly made from the raw materials such as PVA and sodium alginate [3-5]; there exist some problems in their properties like mass transferring capacity, biocompatibility, and stability.
(2) The surface of PLA microspheres was modified by grafting chitosan molecules, forming a rough, porous and hydrophilicmorphology structure, which can be used as carrier materials for immobilizing nitrifying bacteria
