Numerous research have focused in this area, and novel findings have uncovered potential new materials for acoustic purposes.
These natural fibers are suitable substitutes for synthetic ones and wood-based materials for acoustic absorption purposes.
These designs utilized different sound-absorbent materials and concepts, such as porous, webbed, and Helmholtz resonators.
Conclusion Based on the studies, a semi-active design can work with a combination of sound-absorbing materials, such as porous materials and Helmholtz resonators.

The wastes are investigated as materials for obtaining new concretes with different applications.
A lot of types of wastes resulted as by-products, such as silica fume [1,2,3], fly ash [4,5,6], ground granulated blast furnace [7,8] , slag [9] or resulted from natural rocks (quarry wastes) [10,11] are used in building material industry for obtaining new materials or for improving the characteristics of the existing ones.
Materials The polymer concrete was obtained with epoxy resin type Ropoxid, a Romanian product which in combination with hardener type Romamid was the binder of the aggregates.

In addition, it can remove the difficult-to-cut materials with high hardness.
Some of the data are gained from other literatures and material manuals related.
At this moment, the shear forces and carrying capacity of the material reduce rapidly.

Several standards for the raw materials and codes of practice for installing the floors are available all over the world [5].
It is applied as building materials, such as industrial floorings, ship decks, railway passenger coach floorings, hospital floors and ammunition factory floors etc.
Experimental Following raw materials were used in the study: light burned magnesite powder with a activity of 69%, an averaged particle size of about 62µm from Dashiqiao, Liaoning Province, China; magnesium chloride (MgCl2•6H2O) with a purity of 98.0%, from Tianjin Botong Chemical Co.

The overheat phenomenon often appears in the fatigue test of some high strength materials.
However, the overheat phenomenon became popular in some of the high strength metal materials.
The overheat influence on fatigue test The fatigue strength of materials is often tested by up and down method.
