This paper in full consideration of the rheological properties of MRF and the structure of the traditional pilot operated relief valve, based on analysis of the key technical problems existing in this type of valve when using MRF instead of mineral oil.
The key technical problems of the pilot operated relief valve for MRF system Due to the special physical and chemical properties of MRF, when we use MRF is as the working medium of hydraulic system, the magnetorheological components in hydraulic system will be designed to face the following key technical problems.
Noise of the hydraulic system is divided into mechanical noise and fluid noise.
Damping force of the MRF valve decide to set the pressure range of the pilot operated relief valve for MRF system, and it influence the properties of the pilot operated relief valve for MRF system and the working efficiency of hydraulic system.

In the previous studies on the ERW pipe performance, Chapetti et al [2] analyzed the cause of defects which were formed on oil transmission pipe and evaluated the fatigue properties.
Chemical composition and mechanical properties are listed on the Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.

As recommended in ASTM E740-88, Newman-Raju equation [6] was used to calculate the stress intensity factors of the specimens.
Stress intensity factors for the pipes were calculated with the Newman-Raju equation [7] obtained from the 3-dimensional finite element analysis.

The durability is the key about how to study the Green High Perforcemence Concrete (GHPC).Much work has been done by many scholars on the duravility of RAC.However, more study focus on the mechanical performance.
Feng et al. [13] summarized that a number of factors such as:the recycled aggregate concrete,the ratio of water and cement,the variety and dosage of gelled material, curing conditions and the load would have important influence on the carbonation.
The Sulfate Corrosion Resistance.Yan hongsheng [14] found that after the water cement ratio was reduced and the fly ash was mixed into the recycled concrete, the internal pore structure of the recycled concrete can be improved, the speed and the number of crystallization would be reduced greatly in the aggregate clearance, and the sulphate corrosion resistance is improved.An et al.[15]observed that Na2SO4 erosion has different influence on mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete for different substituting ratio of recycled aggregate.Their cleavage strength and relative dynamic modulus of elasticity increase gradually in the initial stage of immersion-dry cycles.the overall tendency of relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and cleavage strength were diminishing with increased immersion-dry cycle number in the later phase of immersion-dry cycles.
It is not enough that researchers usually only consider a kind of influencing factors and the mutual coupling should be considered after various factors affected.Numerous studies have gathered in the coarse aggregate concrete, the study of fine aggregate concrete should also be strengthened.On the durability of the recycled concrete, scholars should not only on the macro phenomenon, but more on the micro structure level of the mechanism.

X-PLY Super-intensity corrugated paperboard pads is a high-strength corrugated board structure, at the same quantitative, the strength, the stiffness and the bending strength higher 15%, the strength of flat pressure higher 92% than ordinary corrugated paperboard, with a light weight, large strength ratio and stiffness ratio, excellent compression performance, cushioning properties and vibration-proof performance.
Sek [6, 7] based on experimental data of static and quasi-dynamic compression test, established analysis model for cushioning properties of corrugated board and also studied the compressive performance, the vibration transmissibility of the corrugated paperboard by using theoretical and experimental method.
Li et al [12, 13, 14] based on the drop impact test, investigated dynamic cushioning properties of two kinds super-intensity corrugated board X-PLY (A) and X-PLY (B) and obtained the experience formula and its characteristic coefficient for dynamic buffering characteristic curve.
As corrugated core showed a corrugated shape, the size of the surface curvature will directly affect the cardboard cushioning performance.
