The obtained information is useful to optimally design foam-filled tubes as energy absorbing devices in automotive engineering.
Introduction In the past ten years, the foam-filled tube structures are becoming more and more popular due to its high energy absorption vs. low density and widely used in automotive engineering and aeronautics engineering [1].
Yang would like to acknowledge the financial support on his research of advanced materials and smart structures from University of Western Sydney.

Abstract: The paper analyze development process of the advanced resin matrix composite materials forming technology, that is low pressure molding, pultrusion process, molding, filament winding forming process, placement molding process, molding process of RTM, and analyze the key technology in the development process, to study the evolvement of advanced composite material molding process, so as to explore the future development direction of forming resin based composite material technology.
From the fiber reinforced composite started by the military and engineering circles.
So the improvement of the process becomes the key to development process of advanced composite materials, the next step.
RTM is the resin is injected into the closed mold infiltration technique for improving material and curing molding technology, is developing rapidly in recent years, suitable varieties in batch, high quality advanced composite products.

By introducing the mode, NJIT has opened six trial classes referring to different degree specialities, the Mechanical Design-Manufacturing and Automation (MDMA), Material Moulding and Control Engineering (MMCE), Thermal Energy and Power Engineering (TEPE), Electrical Engineering and Automation (EEA), Computer Sci-tech, and Automation (CSTA).
In conjunction with strengthening and improving the training for English and computer, the spine curriculum modules of this plan specially allow excellent students have the College English Tests 4 (CET4) in the beginning of the whole degree program, and in sequent public foundation courses focus English learning on the advanced and spoken English training.
Comparing universities teaching overseas where instructors usually perform their teaching activities with book-independent manner, in this way they are to timely introduce students those advanced edge-technologies and scientific research projects without book-based.
This NJIT EEETP (MDMA with Hydro-transmission and Control Engineering) establishes the two 1-class projects and the three 2-class projects.
All of achievements and experiences will become the valuable mention for the Chinese higher engineering education training mode.
