So students’ learning initiative is not high, which is unfavorable to the cultivation of the students’ innovation and engineering ability.
Constructing New Curriculum System of Multi-platform and Multi-level Instruction There are over 10 specialties in our school that teach electronic basic courses, such as electronic and information engineering, automation, and mechanical and electrical engineering specialty, etc.
The second platform is “Electrical Engineering and Electronics” course for the specialties of non-electric engineering specialty, such as Computer science and technology, software engineering, mechanical engineering, biological engineering, civil engineering, etc, which teach the knowledge of electrician technology, electronic technology and its application and provide the knowledge structure that engineers required for the students.
For example, for the students of electrical engineering and automation, we taught the knowledge combining with the related equipment and technical demand in power generating company and electric power company.
The engineering design and practical ability of students have been significantly enhanced and improved, and students learned not only easily, but also are interested in the courses.

In 1928, the French engineer Victor Sabouret, whose theories are carefully studied in this paper, published a critical article against the rationalist principles.
According to the French engineer, the joints of a masonry construction play an essential role in its structural behaviour.
Figure 2: Hinges in vaults (a) and bonding in the tas-de-charge (b) (Sabouret 1928) The brilliant engineer used this model to explain his own thesis about how vaults worked.

Results show that the stabilizer can meet the sub-base engineering applications, is an ideal stabilizer.
The disadvantages water stability and salting will occurred in the consolidation process, so the consolidation response was more complex, and the effect was not easy to control, saline soil consolidation problems has been a civil problem.
The data in this paper were laboratory data, laboratory data were different with engineering practice, so we can not take the laboratory data directly to do with the strength of the GB standards.

Analysis on the Groundwater Control for Shallow Pedestrian Tunnel in Round Gravel Layer Hua Yuan School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Henan University, Kaifeng, Henan, 475004, China yuanhuazzl@163.com Keywords: Pedestrian tunnel, Shallow, Round gravel, Sealing curtain, Well point dewatering.
Underground engineering accidents occurred recently have highlighted the importance of groundwater control.
Whether the groundwater control scheme is reasonable or not is closely related to the safety of whole underground engineering.
Based on Shenyang references engineering analogy, six wells are probably adopted if the water level is lowered about 5m.
