The results are discussed in comparison for the two materials.
The performance of these mean stress models as well as the ratcheting behavior will be discussed for two materials.
The results for the two test materials are presented in the following.

The phase transition mechanism of ZnO varistor ceramics induced by laser shock wave is the same as that of the metal materials in principle.
In fact, plastic deformation of metal materials is induced by laser shock wave, but elastic deformation of ceramic materials was induced.

With silicon particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites with high volume fraction becoming a new hotspot on research and application in the aerospace materials and electronic packaging materials, the machinability of this material needs to be explored.
It is typical lightweight multifunctional material and has wide application prospects in electronic packaging materials and aerospace structural materials for its advantages of low-density, small thermal expansion coefficient, moderate strength and stiffness, soldering with the substrate, being non-toxic and being easier to precision machining [4-6].
