Using Anycasting software to numerical simulating the process of car wheel molding filling and solidification, materials selecting and casting process characteristics and defects of the parts are studied, the causes of casting defects are analyzed.
This paper analyzes the materials selection of wheel and processing methods, Application AnyCasting2.4 software to numerical simulation the process of car wheel alloy casting filling and solidification, the filling and solidification process characteristics and defects of the parts are studied.
The materials selecting of vehicle Wheel Conventionally, two-piece steel wheels are manufactured by deep drawing of the disk, profile rolling of the rim, and a subsequent bolting or welding operation to join both parts.
