Abstract:This paper puts forward the overall scheme of CNC System Reliability Testing base on the SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)system,introduces to the principle and sets up the physical system According to the selected hardware and software of data acquisition system and data storage system.It selects the mechanical load set load simulation method according to the characteristics of the test sample size is bigger.
In order to research civil CNC system reliability Test Technical specification ,This paper set up the physical environment and network system ,measuring and acquiring a large amount of data of CNC system reliability for a long time.The Accurate ,objective and comparable Testing Data of CNC system reliability,include test running environment, Running state and Fault information and so on, Provides the technological basis for civil CNC system reliability level and Improving the product reliability about CNC system manufacturer[2]. 1.2 SCADA system SCADA is a kind of powerful computer Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system,finished real time data acquisition about process and equipment Distributed Measurement and control point, Local or remote automatic control, Production process real-time monitoring,and Provide necessary and complete technical support for Safety in production, scheduling, management, optimization and fault diagnosis[3].
