The dry mica tape and impregnation resin were introduced in this paper, which were main insulation materials of 200MW air-cooled turbo-generator stator bar manufactured by VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) technology.
Main insulation materials Impregnated resin and dry mica tape are two kinds of the most critical materials in SVPI system.
We made some bars used the materials, by the process mentioned above, and chose several bars at random as samples which are real products.
Conclusions In the stator bars manufacturing process, the insulation materials we used are match well with our VPI system, our manufacture methods are effect and processes are stable.

Also, these concrete filled steel tubes have enhanced ductility, better seismic performance, aesthetic quality, lesser consumption of materials and self weight, speedy construction and small vibrations according to studies conducted earlier.
In this bridge system, the main components are prefabricated and assembled in factories and finally placed on site, which speeds up the construction work and eliminates the restraints of working over functioning and major rail or roadways. [5] The structural efficiency and slenderness of the tied arch system is enhanced by the judicious use of high strength composites like high performance steel and concrete materials.
Conclusion The CFST arch bridges have risen in popularity only some years back with the coming of new techniques and composite materials.

It demonstrates that using the decoding algorithm can improve the utilization rate of materials and make programming efficient and easy.
The optimal circular-pipes packing can save material, speed up the production efficiency, improve the material utilization and cut the cost greatly.
For example, the genetic algorithm for one-dimensional packing, the automatic layout algorithm for two-dimensional irregular parts, and related research on circular-pipes packing, Although each condition has its own characteristic and has different constraints in packing process, the common goal is to achieve the most reasonable packing plan to make the materials waste the lest.
