The paper puts forward some related measures for reducing vibration of rod, and may provide reference values for the design and analysis of engineering.
The notion of dynamic stability is confused with that of dynamic bucking frequently. At present,we still lack an appropriate and accurate method to design or analyze practical engineering problems like the dynamic stability subjected to dynamic load.

Abstract.
It is important for engineers to track the state of the pre-stress in order to ensure security of the bridge in service.
But the research on the effective pre-stress is still not solved completely for the pre-stressed concrete bridge during construction and operation in China and other countries, how to accurately predict and measure the effective pre-stress has important engineering significance.

Abstract.Based on the mixing ratio design of the cement-clay composite powder mixed mortar ,in this article, the 28d strength was early presumed by the 7d strength;by the method of mathematical statistics, different regression equations were established and the results were compared, which indicated that exponential equation had a better stability;the early presumption of 28 day strength of cement-clay composite powder Mixed Mortar provided a scientific basis for engineering
Using the strength relationship of the exponential equation, the maximum error between 28d strength inferred from the 7d strength and the real 28d compressive strength was 0.6 MPa, meeting the requirements of engineering.
Using this formula, 28d strength can be inferred from 7d strength, which had small error compared with the specimen’s actual 28d strength at standard curing 28d, and met the requirements of engineering. 2) Good applicability.
In the preparation of cement - clay composite powder mixed mortar, when types of raw materials, cement grade, and the mixing ratio of the material changed, the performance of the exponent equation of the strength relationship was stable. 3) The 28d strength was presumed by 7d strength, greatly reducing the design age of cement - clay composite powder mixed mortar mix, providing a scientific basis to engineering practice , to ensure the quality of the project and accelerate the construction schedule.
