It is related to many disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Marine Engineering, among others.
Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) refers to the process of detecting damage in civil engineering infrastructures[2].
Monitoring various infrastructures is always an important issue in the civil engineering field, particularly transportation infrastructures, because they are expensive to build and maintain, and the consequences of their sudden failure are extremely dangerous [4].

The Relationship between Construction Organization Design and Engineering Cost The role that the construction organization design plays determines its close relation to engineering cost.
The construction organization design lays the significant foundation of engineering cost.
The construction organization design mainly involves two parts, one of which is the arrangement of construction program embodying the regularity of construction procedure, frequently underground before the floor, civil engineering prior to the equipment, and fitment after structure, etc.
The interactive relation between construction organization design and engineering cost is discussed with confirmation of basic unit price and partial engineering unit price.
