Introduction Nanometer technique and material are the research hot spot in 21st century, and is applying in various fields.[1] Nanometer antibacterial is the most potential in the textile processing and application.[2-4] But it is lack of system research on nano- antimicrobials’ antimicrobial characteristics in textile.

(3)The examination of bacteria’s shape——TEM First, dilute the nano-material to 5%, put it in the test tube, and act with colon bacillus for 18h, whose concentration is 5 hundred million/ml, then fixed the bacterial precipitate with fixer, observe the change of bacteria’s shape with SEM and TEM.
