Introduction Currently, one of the most demanded economic sectors lies in the civil construction sector, which generates greater demand in labor, materials and equipment.
In the current reality, most civil construction projects are implemented following outdated and inefficient procedures and products, and yet the potential of each one is not exploited, which represents a great economic loss. [1] It is important to note that if Peru is under-performing science, technology and innovation, social, economic and cultural development will remain stagnant.

The study on outer shift lining structure of freezing shaft in aquiferous instable rock Yao Zhishua, Deng Xinb, Cheng Huac College of Civil Eng. and Architecture, Anhui University of Science andTechnology,Huainan 232001, China ayao.zs@163.com ,bhaiqingsong80@163.com , chcheng@aust.edu.cn Keywords: aquifer; instable; a rock stratum; freezing shaft-sinking method; outer shift lining Abstract.
Aiming at the supporting problems of inner shift lining of freezing shaft in the deep thick aquiferous soft rock of west area in China, the test result of frost heaving indicates:the frost heave of rack in west area is feeble, and freezing pressure is small, the design of outer lining mainly suffices thick require of thick wall cylinder structure .First, the model of reinforced concrete is designed and the test pieces are manufactured according to simlilarity theory, then, through loading test, the stress, strain and strength characteristics of this shaft lining structure are gained.the studied results can provide a reference for engineering application of this shaft lining structure.
In the freezing shaft lining structure design, our country's existing design specifications and design in the manual are based on the related parameters in the mid-eastern, deep alluvial soil freezing sidewall stress mechanism and a lot of engineering summary measured data obtained [4-6], because of the formation freezing characteristic and the difference of hydrological conditions, using them to design the western water of unstable rock wall structure of freezing shaft lining lacks of specificity.
