Using constitutive equations of piezoelectric materials and an equation of the plate’s motion a matrix of characteristics of the system was obtained.
Research in this area concern the reliability of machines, increasing the speed and range of displacement and applications of new materials.
Piezoelectric materials can be described by a pair of constitutive equations that describe relations between electrical and mechanical properties.
Especially nowadays, when a significant increase of applications of smart materials is observed in modern technical devices.

The intelligent materials is a new formed branch which follows by the stone material, steel materials, synthetic polymer materials, artificial designed materials, from the development of the material, and it enters the 5th generation materials period.
From the function materials to intelligent materials, it is a leap of material field.
Because the research results of intelligent materials will spread to the information, electronic science and technology, life sciences, universe, marine science technology and the soft science technology, and they can largely increase people's material life which increasingly attract the domestic and foreign various aspects of attention[3].
The research on intelligence material is also serious in China, and the national natural science foundation listed the intelligent materials in the national high technology development plan outline in 1991, the issues and application of intelligent materials is directly as the national high technology research and development project topic(863 program) [4].

The paper introduces the application of new medical materials of PGLA and its advantages in different fields of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in clinical, pointed out that with the development of biological materials and minimally invasive medicine, the usage of PGLA in clinical popularity rate will more and more high.
In recent years, with the development of biomaterial and minimally invasive medicine, PGLA as a new type of acupoint catgut embedding materials, in the clinical application of the increasingly high penetration rate.
We will review the application of PGLA as a new type of materials in clinical catgut implantation at acupoint catgut embedding in the following: Jin Lei [2] application of PGLA embedding materials of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for treatment of 100 cases of periarthritis of shoulder, and acupuncture treatment of patients and compared with 100 cases, PGLA group 67 cases were cured, 28 cases markedly effective, effective 5 cases, invalid 0 cases, markedly effective rate was 95%.
