Introduction
The polypropylene spunbond nonwovens is the fastest-growing varieties in the nonwovens industry, it has the advantages of light weight, warmth, nice air permeability, low moisture regain and so on, the production are widely used in medical materials, geotextiles, filter materials[1-3].

Because distribution of strain, strain rate and temperature in cutting layer is no uniform, so it is extremely difficult to describe materials in cutting process.
Johnson-Cook model describes plastic deformation behavior of materials under high strain rate state only, which is mainly used to describe the material property in the condition of high strain rate, large deformation and high temperature [6].
Therefore, in order to obtain effective and accurate materials, the getting stress - strain curve and developing efficient and accurate experimental setup are very important [3].

Moreover, electrospun materials possess more activity due to their surface
charge density.
Materials selection and evaluation methodology 2.1 Decontamination approaches: Different classes of materials are known to act as potential decontaminants for the chemical warfare agents.
Hence a combination of these two materials such as composite fiber with a polymer chain as a backbone and the ceramic nanorods/nanofiber would be a niche material.

Gumbel has pointed out that the failure function of normal distribution reduced with service life or time[2] and this is contrary with the natural physical phenomena that the fatigue life of engineering materials will gradually decline with fatigue process. this paper will try to verify distribution features of the fatigue life of asphalt concrete in statistical in the use of two-parameter Weibull distribution theory.
