Abstract.
In order to frame a perfect formulation called ‘The rule of small sewage amount treatment engineering design’, it has been investigated into the life wastewater discharge in some typical residential areas in Nanjing and Yangzhou, China.
Introduction To make the suitable for China's national conditions of the small domestic wastewater treatment engineering design technical regulation, must from management requirements, process design, operation mode and other links implement standardized management [1-2].The change rule of sewage water for the above work is the important prerequisite and foundation, is the decision small sewage treatment scale and processing technology of the reference basis, is the primary problem to be solved [3-4].

We can conclude that the accuracy of calculated construction pre-camber is higher and the determination method is more in line with the practical engineering.
Engineering practice shows that the method in this study is reasonable and it is applicative for the similar bridge.
