Soybean paste regard soybean as main raw materials, also known as sauce, yellow soybean paste or big sauce [1].
Materials and Methods Sample collection. 21 Sample of soybean paste were collected in Liaoning province Sample analysis.
The changing range of crude protein were 4.37~9.31g, average value was 6.79g, which was because different soybean paste had different materials and different types of microbe, Eventually led to different content of crude protein.

In addition, given a high ambient temperature, the thermal
decomposition temperature of phenolic resin reaches easily, thus thermal decomposition of organic
matter takes place, resulting in that phenolic resin effects on other materials of composite material
significantly reduced, which have a great impact on the wear properties of composite materials.
Because the debris easily remain on the surface of materials, the dual materials re-press the minor debris into the friction surface during exercises (as shown in Figure 9) and there is a slight lower in wear rate.
