Abstract.
Introduction The civil aviation meteorological forecast is a kind of multi-factor prediction within the scope of the larger space and time, which is very different from daily weather forecast.
Now, GRIB code has been widely applied in the international civil aviation system.

The TN system is mostly used in civil architecture.
However, due to the current engineering on the standby power supply and emergency power definition, grounding of the knowledge represented in TN and IT coexistence of their "T" is not clear, on the use of a transformer at the same time to the general load and electrical safety requirements of distribution particularly important loads of the lack of effective methods, few application TN and IT in the same system, which is affected by the continuity and protection against electric shock level of supplying power to important loads.

Abstract.
Most of Handan dwellings were civil structure and brick-wood structure.
The earliest time of building can be traced back to the early Yuan dynasty, more than 80% of the existing buildings were built in Qing dynasty to the early years of the republic of China, all were civil structure, masonry existing is a typical northern courtyard pattern which was preserved relatively complete. 1.5 Convenience for transportation In self-sufficient agricultural society, the traffic condition was not the most important factor for settlement, but people gradually broke the traditional idea of “Habitation is far away from the city”along with the development of commodity economy, and then larger settlements appeared along the post roads or transport hubs, such as the famous town-Yangyi in Wuan.

The main classes go the buildings are:
· Strategic (rescue/emergency) or public structures: schools, hospitals, fire department, civil protection;
· Ordinary buildings: number and volume of dwellings, inhabitants, commercial activities, functions, presence of people in the different hours of the day, etc.;
· Other special buildings: industrial plants;
· Historical buildings (Cultural Heritage).
