Since there are no specific waste home appliances recycling base and technology is not mature, a lot of waste home appliances could not professional classified and harmless disassembled.
Some small factories purify precious metals from appliances parts using acid foam, fire and other backward technology, result a lot of waste gas, waste water, waste residues and serious environmental pollution.
Only establishing the bases with mature technology and well-managed, it could achieve professional recycling, improve the utilization of waste home appliances recycling; it could achieve safe disposal of waste home appliances, protection of the natural environment; it could continue to study treatment and recycling technologies of waste home appliances to promote environmentally friendly recycling-based new product development; it could promote the development of appliances industry, the real implementation of the principle of minimization of circular economy, reduce waste at the source.
In transport links, the appropriate and economic transport mode should be selected based on the characteristics of waste home appliances, as much as possible to reduce transportation costs. 3) Classification: Professional classification is an important part in waste home appliances recycling process.

In fact, to become a professional mechanized spraying plaster compositions is not difficult.
As a rule, even if the company leases machines with guide, after two or three days plasterers of this company themselves become professionals and subsequently lease only technique.

Introduction
MIKE21 is a professional engineering software developed by Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI Water & Environment).
Depth-induced breaking occurs when waves propagate into very shallow areas, and the wave height can no longer be supported by the water depth.
In shallow water at a local water depth, d, the maximum wave height can be calculated from =γd in which γ is the breaker parameter.
Fig.1 Topographic map Increase the deep water per every 500 meters from shoreline in the vertical direction.
The tolerance is 2 meters which means the depth of water at shoreline is 0 meter and the 5000 meters away is 20 meters.

It can prevent liquid from flowing into the permeable formation so that the cement is able to keep a proper amount of water, which can ensure the safety of cementing job.
Water-based drilling muds with the addition of fluid loss additive to control fluid loss or improve inhibition often cause large changes in fluid rheology.
The fluid loss of fresh water cement slurry can be controlled about 50mL with 2% P1402.
Greek lignites as additives for controlling filtration properties of water- bentonite suspensions at high temperatures[J].

It is important ecosystems on the planet, with stable ecological communities, wetlands in maintaining water, flood and waterlogging, conditioned air, biodiversity conservation has an irreplaceable role.
Water is an essential element of wetlands in urban wetland park planning should focus on taking into account the water pollution control, and water purification function, enhance self-purification ability of wetland so as to achieve the purpose of the water system to recover.
Water Environment Ecology Landscape Environment Figure 1 Water Wetland Ecological Design In Wetland Park is not only to the local ecological restoration, but also take into account the impact of the whole basin of local wetlands proposed recovery plan for the whole basin.
Most Tinglang built by the water ( Fig. 3 ) built of wood materials.
Landscape was given so many symbolic symbolic meaning, is viewed by the people and the impact of the way of thinking, because people saw the water gushing and nourishes all things, will have a feeling of charity.

Second, the lack of innovative professionals.
Enterprises are lack of senior management personnels who have accepted systematic training and are lack of complex talents who possess both management capabilities and professional skills, multi-skilled IT talent, and research talents to apply technology.
Promote the Integration of Resource Elements to Provide Public Goods for the Development of Industrial Clusters Public goods needed by the development of industrial clusters include: the establishment of industrial belts, industrial park and the base as well as the necessary infrastructure, convenient transportation network and communication conditions, ample supply of water and electricity, a full range of specialized wholesale markets, unimpeded logistics system and good ecological environment.

However, these tests, if carried out on site by site workers, may give inadequate results due to lack of professional knowledge and proper training [2].
The artificial neural networks (ANNs) are a recently popular nonparametric approach to estimate the water quality parameters.
Water-to-cement ratio: W/C = (W+SP) / (C) Water-to-binder ratio: W/B = (W+SP)/ (C+FL+SL) Water-to-solid ratio: W/S = (W+SP)/(C+FL+SL+CA+FA) Total aggregate-to-binder ratio: TA/B = (CA+FA) / (C+FL+SL) Therefore, in this approach, slump of concrete is a nonlinear function of these eleven input variables described above.
Statistical properties of components Components Minimum Maximum Cement (kg/m3) 137.0 374.0 Fly ash (kg/m3) 0.0 193.0 Blast furnace slag (kg/m3) 0.0 260.0 Water (kg/m3) 160.0 240.0 Superplasticizer (kg/m3) 4.4 19.0 Coarse aggregate (kg/m3) 708.0 1049.9 Fine aggregate (kg/m3) 640.6 902.0 Water-to-cement ratio (W/C) 0.5 1.736 Water-to-binder ratio (W/B) 0.3 0.678 Water-to-solid ratio (W/S) 0.075 0.125 Total aggregate-to-binder ratio (TA/B) 2.363 5.562 Slump (cm) 0.0 29.0 Data set.
The highly nonlinear equation obtained using BPN helps us realize the mixture mechanisms in a transparent way, containing only three significant input variables including fly ash (FL), water (W), and water-to-binder ratio (W/B).

This method is very useful, easy and convenient for engineering personnel other than risk management professionals.
The former depends on experts’ professional knowledge, while the latter relies on historical data.

According to Chinese Green-building Evaluation Standard (GB/T50378-2006), the definition of green building refers to architecture which is able to maximize saving resources (energy-saving, land-saving, water-saving, and material-saving), protect environment and reduce pollution, provide healthy, suitable and efficient functional spaces, and keep a harmonious coexistence relationship with nature through the entire building life cycle.
Mentioned by many professionals who know LEED well, the success of LEED is more on marketing management aspect rather than technical standard itself.
Both of LEED system and “Chinese Green Building Evaluation Standard”(GB/T50378-2006)are being applied in urban area by experienced developers with professional architects and contractors, and urban residential buildings are mainly multi-level or hi-rise types; in the large Chinese rural area, however, most of the residential buildings are not commercialized yet and their layouts are more dispersed in a much lower density.
