Introduction In the aftermath of the 9/11, it has been considered that the threats against the aeronautical system are real and multiple, and in this context the civil aircraft could be targets of attacks conducted with portable air defence systems (MANPADS).
Considering the latest discoveries in the field of detecting and targeting systems (Missile Approach Warning System, MAWS), combined with the capabilities of DIRCM systems to rapidly engage the seeking head of the missile with a laser wave, all proved that this enabling technologies have a promising future for both military and civil aircraft.

Behavior and Construction of stay cables in Shiyan stadium Liming Zhu 1, a, Zhenghao Zhu 1,b and Chaojie Kang 1,c 1College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Henan University, Kaifeng 475004, China a zlm1981@yeah.net, b 1045980886@qq.com, c kchaojie@163.com Keywords: stadium, stay cable, tensile force slacken method, test Abstract.
Results of the engineering test show that the construction process is simplified and he construction scheme is economic under the condition of allowed precision.
Fig.1 Side elevation Fig.2 Planform and the number of stay cable As a kind of structural member, the cable is widely used in engineering structures[1].
Of course, the construction sequence need to design in detail based on more engineering experience and form a ripe construction sequence.
