Therefore, while one of the main strategies is represented by the improvement of the structure of the grid in order to reduce the transport losses, on the other hand, a further trend is represented by the identification of new strategies for the improvement of the energy efficiency in both the industrial and civil sectors.
Nevertheless, until now, the major efforts have been limited to improve the efficiency in civil building rather than in industrial sector and, above all, in the latter case, it has been not an operation oriented in the upgrading and replacement of the production processes.
