The experiment use clinoptilolite powder as main materials to prepare the large specific surface and high porosity spherical compound filter material.Experimental results indicate that compound filter material is used as filter medium in biological aerated filter for wastewater treatment, in the early 5 days the average removal rate of NH3-N was 58.5% in biological aerated filter when the average influent NH3-N concentration was 37 mg/L.
Introduction As the biological aerated filter materials, Granular zeolite can improve the biological aerated filter against ammonia impact load effectively, because of material density, big water head loss, short backwash cycle from its irregular shape thus failing to popularize application.
Preparation of compound filter materials Natural clinoptilolite by activating 2 hours at 105-110℃ then cooling, into the ball mill grinding to zeolite powder, through 80 mesh sieve, adding pore-forming agent, adhesive by a certain proportion, after mixed evenly, spray water, rolling into a ball with the manual ball machine, form the size of 3-5mm spherical filter rules, removed into the constant temperature curing box, keeping the temperature of 25 ℃, relative humidity 99%, curing for 3-7 days, remove and rinse, drying to obtain the finished composite filter as shown in Fig. 1.

Introduction In the world of modern technologies, commercial batteries represent a large number of toxic and hazardous materials which brings harm to the environment and human health.
Thus, fabricating cellulose or cellulose derivative based electrolyte is an evolutional research where the well-known insulator material (cellulose is the wall cell of plant – wood) is manipulated to be an ionic conducting materials.
Due to the abundance, low cost and easier process ability, cellulose based electrolytes is expected to bring better future of green nations than non- biodegradable, toxic and harmful materials used in the commercial batteries today.

Principle of structural damage Damage is due to the role of the external load and the environment led to micro-structural defects (such as micro-cracks, micro voids, etc.) caused by the degradation process of materials or structures.
Strain mode in damage identification Through the mechanics of materials can know: the structure of the strain is the structure of the first derivative of displacement.
