Introduction Vibration and impact are the most common external excitation in packaging system, the amount of energy absorbed by the packaging materials, when the packaged product reach its ultimate bearing strength , is an important index in packaging evaluation, the bigger the better.
Suppose the mass of an electronic product is m = 6 kg, and the contact area between the packaging materials and it is 0.05 m2.

Introduction The SMART group includes materials whose certain properties change under the effect of external physical factors [1, 2, 3].
As such, these two types of materials are complementary to rather than competitive with each other.
The matrix materials mentioned in literature include silicone or butyl rubber, natural rubber, polyurethane [4-6].
Using the network response for the preceding strain and stress ranges one can obtain models for the materials in consideration.

Fig. 3 The factual picture of computer virtual simulation hardware In the process of parallel computing virtual simulation, in order to validate the numerical calculation, we proposed numerical simulation of two kinds of different materials using ANSYS software, the two kinds of materials are aluminum alloy and 45# steel, the specific settings such as shown in Figure 4.
This is because the 45# steel materials are hard and not easy to have deformation, numerical simulation is coincident with the theory, which proves the validity and reliability of the algorithm is this paper.
