Electron beam melting (EBM) is one of the constantly developing powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing technologies (AM) offering advanced control over the manufacturing process.
Material microstructure engineering through beam energy manipulation.
One of the advanced features of PBF AM is in the possibility for beam energy application rate manipulation on a small dimensional scale.
Conclusions Manipulating the beam scanning strategy in PBF AM, precursor material and design files allows for advanced component structure and property tailoring effectively adding fourth dimension to a 3D-printing.

Abstract: Currently, continuous China’s urbanization will emit considerable carbon dioxide emissions, so that China is facing mounting pressure from not only the international community but also domestic itself.
Based on the above conclusions, in order to reduce resident living direct carbon dioxide emissions, the government should take effectively great efforts on energy structure dynamic adjustment, energy efficiency improvement, and energy substitution, at the same time develop a lot of advanced technologies both in the energy supply and demand sides.
