Abstract.
Introduction Cement-Stabilized soils (CSS)are widely used in geotechnical projects of transportation, irrigation and civil engineering works.
The soils were derived from certain engineering site 6m below the ground in HangZhou City, Southeastern China.
Table 1 shows its main engineering properties of soft silty clay.

Abstract.
BIM-based collaborative design could create a project file saved in various professional engineers were authorized to read and write files on the server, then created a central file which would be saved as a local file by different professional engineers.
Thus, different professional engineers for MEP could see both their structures and arrangement of things, collisions and errors could be discovered, might at any time a collision with other engineers to discuss.
