Analytical Modelling Friction stir welding consists of the basic three operations of welding tool for objective materials as (1) rotate, (2) plunge and (3) move, as shown in Fig. 1.
The tool used in this experiment had a shoulder with 8mm-diameter and a probe with 3m-diameter and 1.7mm length.
On the other hand, clear differences appeared in the torque and the temperature; 3.88Nm, 454°C at the lower revolution of the tool and 2.41Nm, 479°C at the higher revolution.
