To improve the performance of SVM using the RBF kernel for medical data, we propose using Bagging of SVM for medical data.
The next step is to transform the processed data.
Additionally, depending on the data set, the bootstrap process of BA-SVMs has decreased the number with samples of reductions ranging from 10 to 30%.
However, there are challenges, including data mining techniques, unbalanced data, noisy data, performance, and scalability.

The data collected onsite in 2014 by one of the largest Chinese tire companies were used in the assessment.
It includes more than 20000 unit processes, such as basic process and product data (transportation and waste treatment as well as metals, minerals, plastics, water, chemicals, fuels, and energy production et al), life cycle data of auto parts, and life cycle data of the car.
The data were collected in 2015 during the manufacture of the target tire product.
Background data on all main materials were acquired from CALCD.
Life cycle background data on these other materials were obtained from the global-average LCI data of Ecoinvent 3.

Introduction
This paper uses the finite element strength reduction with the large finite element analysis software named ANSYS.
Through observating the data in Table 2, we find no positive appeared in the table.
So we will construct by means of taking out of the absolute value of the data in the table, and get the tendency chart that the reduction of safety factor with slope change as shown in the Figure 2.
The data in Table 1 is littler than corresponding use traditional ways out of the data. besides, Traditional limit equilibrium method’s data is all smallest in the stability coefficient of lower slope.
Strength reduction finite element method for excavation of slope stability[J].

The anti-wear and friction reduction properties of
nano-ZrO2 used as additive in lubrication were analyzed by friction and wear test machine of
MMU-10G.
The modified nano-ZrO2 can increase the anti-wear and friction reduction properties of the base oil.
Many articles have reported their excellent anti-wear and friction reduction properties as additive in lubrication [3-6].
The anti-wear and friction reduction properties as nano-lubrication additives were studied and the tribological mechanism was preliminarily discussed. 2 Experimental 2.1Surface Modification of Nano-ZrO2 Firstly, KH-570 was hydrolyzed for 1h under the condition of PH=3-4.
Weighed the thrust-ring and the test-ring and recorded the data.

Reduction of Traps and Improvement of Carrier Lifetime in SiC Epilayer
by Ion Implantation
L.
The carrier lifetime was calculated by fitting the measured data to exponential decay.
Results and discussion Carrier lifetime data obtained from the unimplanted and surface-implanted epilayers after the same annealing temperatures is presented in Fig. 1.
The detailed process of the trap reduction is not yet clear.
The data was measured at the depth between 3 and 4 µm, well below the implanted layer. in selected samples and annealed at 1600 ºC, but no increase of the carrier lifetime was observed.

It shows good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of iodate and could be used as an amperometric sensor for the determination of iodate in table warter.
A CHI 660 electrochemical workstation connected to a personal computer was used to control the electrochemical measurements and collect the data.
The redox peaks in Fig. 1 have well-defined shapes with nearly equal charges for the two-electron reduction and oxidation process of PQ.
This paper reports the quantitative analysis of iodate by electrocatalytic reduction with the PQ-modified glassy carbon ceramic electrode.
Overall, compared to the conventional PQ-modified carbon (graphite) ceramic composite electrodes [4], the new PQ-modified glassy carbon ceramic composite electrodes showed shorter response time, higher sensitivity and lower detection limit toward the electrocatalytic reduction of iodate.

The FactSage and Chemkin simulation results have a good agreement with the experiment data, and reveal that the main production reactions are: NO2+O<=>NO+O2, NO2+H<=>NO+OH.
NO Emission of Rice Hull Combustion For easily comparison of NO emission in different combustion process, the experiment data obtained from the flue gas analyzer was amended to the emissions under the excess air coefficient of 1.4.
At the same time, much CO, released by PVC, played an important role in NO-reduction [8].
NO concentration from simulation had a good agreement with experiment data, as shown in Fig.6, which indicated that combining FactSage and Chemkin was feasible.
Fig.6 NO concentration from simulation vs experiment data Fig.7 NO concentration from simulation (rice hull combustion vs co-combustion) Threshold normalized rate of production coefficients (Rop) were used to find out the main production reactions.

For the treatment of acid mine water an in-situ pilot plant with a self-sufficient energy
supply and remote data transmission was tested in acidic pit lake 111, a small lake in the Lusatian
mining district in Germany.
Pumps are also controlled using remote data transmission.
Changes of water quality through microbial sulphate reduction.
During testing the water was deacidified through microbial sulphate reduction.
For sulphate reduction between 40 and 50 % of the methanol added was consumed.

The single number sound reduction index (RW) for glass, acrylic and polycarbonate as double layers with air gap were evaluated.
The measuring system used comprises a dual channel Symphonie (01 dB model) real time acquisition unit that transfers the data in real-time to a computer, a speaker, an amplifier of ACLAN GDB95 model, and two microphones of models 40AE-121 and 40AP-121.
A dbBATI32 software was used as data analyzer.
The glass shows higher weighted sound reduction index compared with acrylic and polycarbonate for all air gap thicknesses.
The results show that the weighted sound reduction index increases as the air gap thickness increases for both glass and polycarbonate.
