Then it is sampled in a series of time for measuring the thermal analysis curve of molten metal with different residual magnesium by DX104-type of four-channel data collection instrument.
The reduction of residual magnesium makes the rate of compact graphite increase, as shown in Fig 3.
Except for residual magnesium, one of other reasons results from fading of inoculation, leading to reduction of nuclei.

The information data for automatic welding is
processed by a personal computer.
The reduction of bead width was achieved by the hybrid welding in spite of the same penetration depth with that of the TIG arc welding.
Besides, the broad of HAZ has been controlled and consequently reduction of thermal distortion has been achieved.

In
order to obtain more relevant data of the mechanical properties of the polyamide composites filled
with oxides particles, a series of tests were carried out in this paper to measure the mechanical
properties of nylon-oxide composites.
The mean reduction in shear strength of PA1010 with Al2O3 particle was 5.2%.
The Fe3O4 particles had significant effect on increasing the tensile strength of PA1010 composites, but Al2O3 particles or CuO particles resulted in reduction in the tensile strength of the composites.

The input data of these indicators are extracted from the LCA database – IBO [8].
For purpose of reduction of future energy demand, the versions of wall assemblies are designed to meet requirements for nearly zero energy houses (U=0.14 - 0.16 W/(m2.K)).
Exterior wall 2 can assure the highest reduction of EE by 14.5% - 41%, of CO2 by 3% - 17%, of SO2 by approximately 14.5% - 50% in comparison with other versions.

A triangular polarization wave was applied with scan rate of 50mV·s−1 at the CF electrode and the cyclic voltammogram data was recorded by PARSTAT 2273 electrochemical workstation.
During the cathodic scan, the reduction peak current and potential of the surface oxides increased with the number of scan increasing.
During the cathodic scan, the reduction peak current of the surface oxides became smaller with the increase of degree of electrolytes’ alkalinity.

Advantages of stepped spillways include ease of construction, reduction of cavitation risk potential, and reduction of the stilling basin dimensions at the downstream dam toe due to significant energy dissipation along the chute.
Fig.6 Turbulent kinetic energy distribution Fig.7 Turbulent dissipation rate distribution Conclusions Although physical measurements may be more expensive and time consuming than computational modeling, they are still crucial for providing data for model calibration and validation studies.

After establish limit state equation, it confirms distribution parameters of the selected random variables in the equation according to preset design parameters and selected design data.
The increase of standard deviation of all random factors might cause the reduction of gear reliability.
We will see from the result that, as to cylinder gear, we should execute strict control over the reduction of average value and increase of standard deviation of random factors in group one related to strength limit during the design, manufacturing, use and maintenance.

Introduction
The HiTAC technology (High Temperature Air Combustion) is a reliable, industry proven combustion method allowing emissions reduction, combustion process improvement, thermal field flattening and heat transfer increase in high temperature energy intensive applications.
Many researchers have recently realized significant energy savings, NOx emissions reduction and heat transfer uniformity in industrial heating furnaces resulting from such novel combustion [1].
After one switching period the air is stopped entering the cell and the flue gas is blown again into the honeycomb cell from the other end, the cycle was executed repeatedly until the temperature just before the change over are the same as the previous data, the cycle becomes steady state.

The appearance of the compressive stresses of 150 nm/cm and strong surface tension reduction visible in the inner layers of the cross-section prove that the glasses refined with nanoparticles are characterized by a significant increase in mechanical strength.

Thus, the reduction of the concentration of oil and oil products by the oxidation takes place preeminently on the anode.
There is considerable reduction of oil products under increased amperage.
The dependence of the concentration of oil products on quantity of the passed electricity The analysis of obtained data allows making technological calculations to implement the process of electrochemical purification in field conditions (i.e. in real conditions on the location of an oil spill).
