Several factors complicate the specification of precise data.
The technical analysis that is required to verify these properties are very different, and further, these qualities depend on different product properties.
Sometimes a correlation between different properties is assumed, and sometimes properties are independent.
Material data The mechanical properties of most common structural materials, especially metals and unreinforced polymers, are relatively well known.
In addition, material properties have some scatter.

Tensile tests were carried out using the optical strain measurement system Aramis3D, in order to determine the mechanical behaviour of the alloy and to investigate the anisotropy of such alloy.
The last ones recently attracted much attention due to the extremely competitive strength/weight ratio, even if such a material is still affected by high cost.
Material Characterization Mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V were evaluated by means of tensile tests carried out on specimens extracted from three different orientations (q): 0°, 45° and 90° with respect to the rolling direction.
In order to design the SPIF for producing a sheet metal part, main parameters affecting the SPIF process were investigated by means of mechanical FE simulations using ABAQUS/Explicit (v.66); the attention was focused on a simple but not axial-symmetric shape (a truncated pyramid).
It is also important to underline that, if a large pitch value is decided to be used (for example with the aim of reducing the forming time), the adoption of a punch diameter increased using the same factor, can produce similar results in terms of thinning and quality of surface.

It shows that Technological Process Problem (U) and Operational Errors (W) respectively accounted for the total number of 27% and 44%, constitute the two most important factors for causes of non-conformance.
More nonconformity of Domestic RPV happens in physicochemical properties, heat treatment, manufacturing technology, which are mainly due to: (1) Mechanical properties and chemical composition of raw materials (including welding material) does not meet the design requirements; (2) The temperature of preheating, post heating and stress-relief treatment during welding process exceeds the specified range; (3) During the process of turning requirements of designer into technology, manufacturer made a mistake or omission, so that the practical process (welding, heat treatment, nondestructive testing, assembly, etc.) can not meet the technical requirements of the designer.
This kind of problem has seriously affected the progress of equipment manufacturing, but also to the quality of the equipment.
External Factor of Nuclear Power Development.
Besides, affected by Fukushima Nuclear Crisis, the suppliers decrease the manpower and resource investment of nuclear project.

It also looked into the potential for energy recovery, performances of each technology and factors affecting its implementation.
Introduction Various methods of TER for ICE are available, Electrical Turbo Compounding (ETC), Thermoelectric Generator, Bottoming Cycles and Mechanical Turbo Compounding (MTC), each producing electrical energy except the MTC.
In addition to the physical properties of the engine, a combustion model must be entered.
Results and Discussions When a power-turbine is installed downstream the turbocharger, the performance of the engine will be affected.

The optimum solidifying time was determined based on uniform experimental design method considering the factors of cement content and phosphate tailing content at 5 design levels.
The influence factors about the optimum moisture content are discussed.
In order to solve this problem, this thesis makes researches about the influence of moisture content on cement solidification effect through various experiments on silt with different water ratio, hoping to nail down the law of influence of water ratio on solidified silt’s mechanical properties and guide the engineering practice in a better way.
Sea silt’s physical properties are showed in Table 1.

Extreme climatic factors affect the pipe metal, which creates special conditions for the operation of the gas pipeline [3-5].
The mechanical properties of the pipe metal are presented in Table 1.
The reason was that the degree and depth of strain hardening achieved as a result of UIT depends on the physical and mechanical properties and stress of the material of the samples.

During process, the mechanism of surface formation are decisively affected by a pressure force, a process time and a motion type of grains.
It has been proven, that providing the additional movements of the conditioning ring affects the profile wear of the lapping plate.
Geometrical structure of the lapped surface has good properties in sliding joints - the valleys in the surface roughness of the contacting bodies can serve as local reservoirs for lubricants [2].
Providing the additional movements of the conditioning rings may affect the profile wear on lapping plate [5, 7, 8, 11, 12].
Single- sided lapping a) main scheme, b) kinematic scheme: 1- lapping plate, 2- roller fork, 3- workpiece, 4- separator, 5- conditioning ring There are many factors which directly influence the surface flatness.

A dimensional analysis is carried out to relate the surface roughness measure to the key processing parameters and abrasive/work material properties.
The workpiece material used was round AISI4340 steel bar (in the annealed state) whose properties are given in Table 1.
All workpiece samples were preturned on a CNC lathe to remove preexisting surface layers whose properties might differ from the bulk material, to obtain uniform initial conditions in both dimensions and surface integrity.
Mesh size #80 garnet abrasives with its properties given in Table 1 were used for all the cutting tests.
From previous studies [6, 8], the jet/abrasive cutting ability is primarily dependent on water pressure P, jet diameter dj, nozzle standoff distance Sd, the efficiency of momentum transfer from the waterjet to the abrasives km, the abrasive flow rate ma, and the abrasive properties including shape factor ks, hardness Ha, average particle size dp and density ra.

The particle size and particle distribution was strongly affected by these factors.
The common formula of the glass transition temperature is FOX: (1) Self-made cationic polymer’s Tg = 58.1℃, that copolymers at room temperature become glass transition, with a certain rigidity, which makes the film with good mechanical properties.
Fig. 4 Particle distribution of 3 # sample Fig. 5 Particle distribution of 4 # sample Affect on pH value to PCD.
At the same time, under the acidic or alkaline conditions PDEM hydrolysis could occur, this would affect their charge density.
(3) The initiator dosage, the degree of quaternary ammonium and monomer polymerization process would affect particle distribution and particle size of the polymer.
