So countries of the world use various ways of hardening and study their influence on the properties of steel parts, including wear resistance in abrasive conditions [1-5].
As an example, a general view of the ploughshares before and after electric arc surfacing is given below (Fig. 1).

The hardness of the deposited material after processing and the nature of obtained structures are shown in Table 1.

As shown in table 1, at the same time interval the train through buttress ago A and B’s deposition [3].
When the train passes the bridge, the vertical acceleration peak is 1.785125g; the vertical acceleration peak of buttress in the train passes is 1.1375g.
As shown in Figure 7, when the train passes, the lateral acceleration extremism of buttress is 0.12258g, the maximum amplitude of 1.23126mm.

Both O22- and O2- show different hydrolysis reactions in acidic medium (Eq. 1, 2).
