With the deepening of disaster reduction and prevention research, people began to realize the important role of the disaster receptors vulnerability analysis in the disaster reduction and prevention work [5-7].
Study area and data collection Dongtou County is located in southeastern Zhejiang province and is the Wenzhou Municipality County.
The collected data included the high-resolution RS images and the in-situ survey data.
The in-situ survey data included GPS data of the control points, sample spectrum data, sample characteristic spectrum, other graphics data and text data.
The Data Conversion method and ArcGIS version 9.2 (ArcGIS 9.2, ESRI, Inc.) were used to generate the thematic maps indicating the spatial distribution of vulnerability grades divisions based on Equation (1).

In order to reduce the error due to temperature instability, the data are recorded after the temperature has stabilized for 10 min.
The experimental data obtained under atmospheric pressure is listed in Table 1.
The linear fitting curve of the first set of data in Table 1 is shown in Figure 3.
The data are recorded after the pressure has stabilized for 5 min.
In the same experimental environment with the same experiment process, the data are recorded and the linear fitting curve is drawn, as shown in Figure 7.

procedure provided substantial improvement of pain (>50% pain reduction) in 69(76.7%) and
63(70%) at 1 and 6 months following procedures.
Despite these, it is known as an effective study for evaluation of vasomotor instability due to irritation or injury or spinal roots, nerves or sympathetic as well as providing an objective data to identify dysfunction in roots that are irritated in the lumbar spine due to various causes [6-13].

The dynamic responses of the standard Charpy impact machine are experimentally studied using the relevant data acquisition system in order to obtain the impact response.
For this reason, strain gauges were connected to the data acquisition set and it was then attached to the striker for the signal collection.
One of the problems that arise with this alloy is the reduction in its durability.
The strain based on data acquisition was used for the strain data measurement.
It was noticed that the first dominant peak for the experimental data was 5.0 kHz and 1.0 kHz for the first and second experiment, respectively.

Fig. 3 shows the S-N data.
Figs. 4 and 5 show the crack growth data.
Fig. 7 shows the da/dN data as a function of ΔKε.
Hereafter, the data for large crack is used for the fatigue life prediction since there is only a small difference in the data between small crack and large crack (cf.
(5) The crack growth life was predicted based on the da/dN data.

Measurement System and Devices
Typical data captured in PDE analysis are pressure, temperature, force, and acceleration.
All digital data acquired from various transducers such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, load cell and accelerometers are fed through data capturing systems comprises of a software and acquisition card.
Separate computer using the same programming language is used to write, store and read back the data for analysis.
This signal converted to a digital signal that later sent to the connector block that communicated with a data acquisition card.
The study on the suitability of using the accelerometer on PDE thrust measurement has been performed to fulfill the data validation requirement [15, 16].

Data and Analysis
Mode Analysis.
A general prediction can be made on such data that effects of staircase units on frame structure is much larger than that of shear wall structure which is of a greater shear stiffness.
Reduction of its target period is notable with 10% of each direction.
However, it does help a little on the reduction of drift ratio [2].
No evident change of period appear, neither does a great reduction of base shear show.

Details of the measurements and data
analysis procedures for real-time SE [14] and ATR [15] were reported elsewhere.
We confirmed that ZnO reduction by H increases with increasing R.
Accordingly, the SiHnO4-n formation on the ZnO surface is enhanced when ZnO reduction by H occurs.
The solid lines show the absorbances calculated by four Gaussian functions. 1900 2000 2100 2200 2300 2400 0.000 0.002 0.004 0.006 Data Fits Absorbance (arb. unit) Wavenumber (cm -1 ) SiH2 surface (2105 cm-1) SiH3 surface (2149 cm-1) SiH2(O2) surface (2195 cm-1) SiH(O3) surface (2250 cm-1) poly-Si(R=100)/ZnO at 3.5 min Fig. 9: Cross-sectional TEM images of p-i-n poly-Si solar cells fabricated on (a) the textured ZnO substrate and (b) the ZnO(500 Å)-coated SnO2 substrate (Asahi-U type).
In general, the reduction of the transparent conductive oxide by H is suppressed at lower process temperatures, as reported for SnO2 [25].

The colorimeter will convert the recorded color into CIE *L, CIE *a CIE *b, and export data via email.
Yield reduction from bleaching to delignification varied at 1.5% and 3% NaClO2 concentrations in the range of 53.5%, while at 4.5% NaClO2 concentrations, the yield reduction reached 63.6%.
However, the higher NaClO2 concentration positively correlated with the reduction of cellulose produced.
However, when compared with OPEFB, it showed a significant color reduction.
The data showed that a smaller FWHM value indicates a higher CI.
