ABSTRACT
We demonstrate a process by which phase control of high-Tc superconductors can be achieved by
photoswitching.
Apart from its technological potential, photoinduced structural phase transitions attract great current interest from a fundamental physics and chemistry point-of-view and as a general principle for non-intrusive "phase control".
Short-range oxygen ordering gives rise to phase transitions and various metastable structures with different conductive properties and Tc [5].
A 1-µm-long wire was written with a 60-nm-diam SNOM probe, between a four-contact lithographically structure.

FTIR spectra were obtained with a Shimadzu FTIR-8400 infrared spectrophotometer.

Abstract.
The main constituent of the natural rosin is abietic acid with reactive carboxyl group and double bond in the molecular structure.
Fig.2b showed the formation of copolymer MRH-MMA based on the disappearance of C=C peak at 1634 cm-1 and new produced peaks at 1390 and 760 cm-1 contributed to α-methyl groups in the MMA molecular structure.
The structures and thermal stability of the copolymers were investigated by FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis and HNMR.

Results and Discussion
The produced MWCNT-alumina hybrid appears to be entangled wire-like structures and attached onthe surface of micro-sized alumina particle as shown on HRTEM image in Fig.2a and 2b.
The hollow structure and multi-layered wall which is demonstrated in Fig. 2c also confirms that the produced CNT is MWCNT.
The MWCNT morphology contains about ~10-40 graphene sheets which formed hollow-tube structure by the catalytic activities of the nickel particles.
