The section of steel column under axial compression presents heterogeneous material and its load condition changes after experiencing fire damage of one side.
The member section presents heterogeneous material and its load condition changes after experiencing fire damage of one side.
According to the method of materials mechanics, geometric characteristics and mechanical parameters of H-section whose whole section is in the elastic state post fire are as Eq. 3 [5].

ODS steels (Oxide Dispersion Strengthened) are candidate materials for fuel cladding in Sodium Fast Reactors (SFR).
These materials have good mechanical properties at high temperature due to a dispersion of nanometer-sized oxides into the matrix.
These materials are manufactured by powder alloying and contain nanometric particles of oxide which are anchors against dislocation movement improving the performance of these materials at high temperature.

It is well known that properties of most cellular structures are depended on the mechanical properties of cell materials, foam relative density, and foam microstructures.
Constitutive Relations of Cell Material Most polymers carried loads in short time and at normal temperature could be treated as hyperelastic materials.

Introduction At present, nanometer materials have been widely used in energy, environmental protection, electronic technology, molecular biology, medicine, military and agriculture.
While the researches of the nanometer materials effects on the soil and plants are few.
Materials and methods Test materials The basic physical and chemical properties of the soil in the test were as follows: the content of organic matters was 1.2mg/kg; the content of available phosphorous was 33.4g/kg; pH was 8.16; the conductivity was 456us/cm.

This, in turn, contributes to expanding the applications of laser materials processing technologies [30-41], including the area of welding stainless steels [28, 30, 32-34, 37, 40].
The lack of thermodynamic and thermophysical data on the properties of alloys is one of the important problems in the development of new advanced materials of a complex chemical composition.
The same problem exists also during the application of new methods of thermal influence (for example, laser radiation) on the known and widely used materials.
