Over the last decade, PEO-PPO block copolymers have been particular popular and demonstrated reasonable levels of protein adsorption reduction [3-6].
Data were collected on-line until a stable stage of adsorption was reached.
The pre-adsorption of NIPAM-based polymers on silica chip (SiOxNy) and the effect of the adsorbed polymer on the reduction of protein adsorption were investigated by DPI.
The results obtained well agreed with the contact angle and DPI data.

Problem statement and objective The aim of this work is to show the influence of microcrystals in the original fibers on the reduction of the strength of basalt fibers during heat treatment.
A theoretical analysis of the development of the crystalline phase at the stage of fiber drawing, determination of the crystallization zone and justification of the conditions for the reduction of microcrystalline nuclei was carried out.
The model also makes extensive use of experimental data.
In Fig. 3 the time zone of crystallization are also indicated by a dotted line, according to the data of Table 1.

Tangential and normal forces were measured using a multi-component piezoelectric dynamometer (Make: Kistler Instrument, Switzerland, Model: 9257B) and charge amplifier (Model: 5070) with a data acquisition software (Model: DynoWare). 3D surface roughness of the machined surface was measured by a non-contact Optical 3D profiling system (Model: Wyko NT1100, Make: Veeco Instruments Inc., USA).
It was observed from the depth profiles shown in figure 4 that there is a pronounced reduction in penetration depth of the indenter for cryo-treated specimen in comparison to untreated specimen confirming increase in surface hardness.
At higher cutting speeds, such reduction in the force values are more, making the cryogenic treatment of the Al2024-T351 as a promising method to improve its grindability.
The indentation with higher load reveals (data is not presented) gradually less and subsequently no increase of micro hardness.

The rates constants of the these data suggests that the LT oxidation does not break any bond of the CuScO2-structure.
However, the ML phase is reformed by the high temperature reduction.
Therefore, the polytypic structures are maintained before and after the oxidation and reduction processes.

Compression test for each oblique angle was repeated three times, and an average data was reported.
Large force reduction occurred during the collapse and it showed that energy absorption has decreased.
Based on results in Figure 5, higher peak load is sustained for the tubes crushed with smaller angles and there is a large amount of scatter of data especially at post crushing region.
From this result, it is shown large reduction of peak force which induced lower energy absorption performance.

Figure 3 depicts the percental shell thickness reduction for a drawing depth of 40mm.
Figure 3: Square cup test: Shell thickness reduction of real sample (right) and FE model (left), for Fe-15Mn-0.7C-2.5Al-2.5Si TWIP steel for a drawing depth of 40mm.
The model has been calibrated by means of numerical tests and has shown a good agreement with the experimental data.
Further experimental data obtained for various types of stress states and for simple forming experiments will allow us to extend and apply the developed model to FE simulations of complex metal forming processes widely used in the automotive industry.

These failures definitely contribute to undesirable costly consequences that will be borne by pipeline operators, resulting in the reduction of annual profit margins.
Previous research regarding consequence assessment of pipeline failures has commonly considered the monetary loss of an accident, while reputation loss has been neglected because the data is difficult to quantify [6, 7].
Data Analysis Ten cases of natural gas pipeline accidents initiated by corrosion in various countries were studied, and 22 operator reputation loss factors were identified.
Table 1: Reputation loss factors affecting stakeholders’ perceptions towards pipeline operators Stakeholders Factors contributing to pipeline operator reputation loss A: Investors A1: Sudden drop of share price and market capitalization A4: Reduction of credit rating A2: Services or sales progress disturbed A5: Loss of new pipeline contracts A3: Ranking downgraded A6: Loss of sponsorship opportunity B: Customers B1: Loss of customer confidence B2: Bad word-of-mouth among customers C: Employees C1: CEO responds with unreasonable actions towards victims C6: Employees demotivated C2: CEO neglects victims’ welfare C7: Job applications for position reduced C3: CEO hides facts about the accident C8: Skilled worker resignations C4: CEO refuses to take responsibility C9: Employee(s) caused accident C5: CEO mismanages allocations to lobby politicians D: Communities D1: Recurrence of similar accident D2: Loss of public trust D3: Severity of accident D4: Mishandling public reports

According to the available data, Aerobic denitrifying bacteria have been found in such genus as Alcali-genes, Paracoccus, Pseudoonas and Rhodococcus [2-6].
It was confirmed that denitrification enzyme system and cellular respiratory chain worked at the same time in aerobic denitrifying bacteria, transporting electron to NO3 – and O2 respectively for reduction reaction[7].
Carbon source sodium citrate (3.06g/L) and organic nitrogen source tryptone (0.02g/L) was also added into the basic DM medium according to our previous study (data unpublished).
It was necessary to point out that nitrite nitrogen in water might be produced by various factors, such as nitrate reduction, oxidation of N2 by lightning.

The main reason for the steady-state error is the reduction of using power electronic device so that the harmonic content is decreased.
The data of the current amplitude is shown in Tab.3.
Also, it can improve the calculation efficiency with reduction of the amount of calculation and memory occupation.

These compounds (4-6) exhibit two quasi-reversible oxidations (denoted as Oxd1 and Oxd2) and one quasi-reversible reduction (denoted as Red1) within the electrochemical window of CH2Cl2 (Figure 1).
Compared with the electrochemical behavior of analogues, the first reduction and second oxidation of these complexes reveals the nature of the tetrapyrrole-based processes [10].
Electronic absorption and Fluorescence spectra The electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra of zinc porphyrins (4-6) and the corresponding oxides (4+ -6+ ) were recorded in THF and the data are summarized in Table 2.
Absorption and Fluorescence Data The fluorescent quantum yields (Φ) were measured against TPP as the standard Table2.
