Abstract.
For the horizontal layout of sampling points in the site environmental monitoring, common layout methods of monitoring points include simple random layout,professional judgement layout, partition layout and system layout method etc.

However, it is hard to make daily maintenance for the dam in practical engineering applications, Becaese the obtained data curve only fit for professionals to analys according to the measured environment, and then guide officers to take the right measures based on the data analysis.

HAZOP procedure is effective in identifying hazards by professional group and is well accepted by the petrochemical industry[2].
A professional group was established for performing a HAZOP study on the plant to identify hazards of the process.
For example, choking effect of the two order chock valves and heating coil are main causes of hydrate formation in the water jacket furnace node, it has been well known for experienced operator, but operator and adviser have no idea of what valve opening and coil heat efficiency should be.

Solutions 3.1 Strengthen the Site Management and Maintenance Standard While national and provincial, and municipal administrations mandatory requirement of coal major, medium and small coal mines with high gas or gas outburst mine monitoring and control system must be equipped and increased the mine production safety management efforts, but some places state-owned mines, especially small township coal mines, due to the lack of professional and technical people Members which have not properly use the equipment and maintenance system, causing the system does not have the function of maintenance terminal device to become the bottleneck of the entire system, even a sensor connected with the system does not be adjusted.

This means that the cloud computing makes computing power into commodity like water, electricity and gas, can be in the market for circulation.
