A Cable Sheath Material Thickness Measurement Method based on Image Measurement Technology

Sub-pixel positioning is a key technology in geometry measurement field.
In this paper, adopt image measurement technology, use CCD as image sensor, collect slice images of cable sheath materials, and use sub-pixel interpolation thickness measurement method based on edge detection, in order to achieve the exact and rapid thickness measurement of cable sheath material.
Experimental Results Figure 2 is the edge detection image of cable sheathing and insulation materials slice, is the edge effect of using the aforementioned eight direction mask Sobel to detect, we can see the edges are continuous and smooth.

As the key crafty equipment to PCB machining, the PCB NC drilling machine has a good development and a broad market.
To ensure that the imported model is whole, the parts of the drilling machine with different materials are bonded together and their respective borders are retained by the Glue Boolean-operation and the accuracy of the analysis is guaranteed.
Set the material constants.
The materials used are HT200, QT450-10, granite and GCr15.Then the model is meshed, a total of 164456 nodes and 703481 units are divided.

Abstract: Traditional mode of ideological and political education emphasizes that young college learners pass existing moral and legal values to construct their constrained behavior.
The procedure of research consists of subject selection, data collection, analysis of findings and so on. 2.1 Subjects Two groups of college sophomores from electronic engineering department, accounting department, environmental engineering department and law department and of more than 20 instructors from more than three universities were involved in the research.
One group was taken as the experimental group , among whom there were 35 boys and 25 girls coming from two classes of electronic engineering department and accounting department.
The other group was the control group with 60 students, among whom there were 32 boys and 28 girls coming from two classes of environmental engineering department and law department and.

Aust group, the authors' group and others have
been deeply involved in the development of high performance polycrystalline structural
and functional materials on the basis of the concept of Grain Boundary Engineering since
1980's until recently [5-8].
It seems still premature for general application of grain boundary engineering for functional materials [12], but we may be able to provide a new step stone for future development of the grain boundary engineering for high performance polysilicon.
