For instance, the complex interaction of a projectile with concrete has been a subject of interest to both civil engineers and ballisticians.
To civil engineers this complex interaction provides preliminary assessment on the survivability of structural elements, while to ballisticians the interaction gives some detail information about the deformation of projectiles and the damage of targets.
Army Engineer Waterways Experiment station developed empirical equations to predict penetration concrete for various types of projectile[1].

Introduction Many structural elements made of fiber reinforced composites are increasingly utilized in aerospace, marine and civil engineering applications.
Maximizing profit and minimizing the cost of a product; maximizing performance and minimizing fuel consumption of a vehicle; and minimizing weight while maximizing the strength of a particular engineering component are the typical examples of multi-objective optimization problems.[18].

Introduction Suspended cable Structures have been widely used in many engineering projects, such as bridges, structures of gymnasium and power transmission lines for providing long span space.
It is difficult to get analytic solutions of the cable for complexity of engineering.
The wind structure is investigated by many scalars and engineers.
