Introduction
Current research in material science is largely focused on finding different composite materials, especially natural fibre composites, which are on par with glass fibre composites in terms of factors such as low weight, cost-effectiveness, man’s desire to go for natural products, environment-friendliness, renewable nature, biodegradability with respect to the fibre and use of plants and trees which involves less processing.

Introduction
The demand for piezoelectric materials with high strength, high toughness, low thermal expansion
coefficient and low dielectric constant encourages the study of functionally graded piezoelectric
materials (FGPMs) [1,2].
To prevent failure, the fracture behaviour of these materials must be well understood [3,4].

The researcher has focused upon considering types of mould materials, because they need efficiency properties.
Moreover, it was found that chip from milling processes in the same conditions of both materials was significantly different.

A characteristic of the glass-ceramics is the absence of pores in the structure, an
advantage when compared to powder sintered materials.
Another advantage, associated to the glass-ceramic production process, is the opportunity of conversion of traditional silicate raw materials into substances with superior properties, preserving in this way, rare and noble materials [1].

A high roughness material is preferable for gas sensor applications since it provides a high surface to volume ratio which can enhance the chemical active area of the film [19].
