Then, a concrete 'super fuzzy' feature model combined by four
cent-characteristics for fabric materials is obtained, and this model is optimized.
Finally, after some programs experiments, concrete effect of fabric materials defects denoted by 'super fuzzy' feature is validated.

Introduction
With the development of science and technology in recent, the engineering ceramic as a new material is needed in the growing.
This grinding method can not only retain the characteristics of grinding, but also significantly increase the machining efficiency and effectively improve the surface quality of grinding difficult materials such as ZrO2, Al2O3.

Keywords: external memory; phase change memory; magnetic materials; crystal form materials
Abstract: Modern computer memory, in addition to cache memory, is mainly divided into two categories: internal memory and external memory.
In this paper, based on a lot of information the author makes a brief analysis of the new material of the external memory, that is, the phase change storage materials, titanium oxide crystals form materials, magnetic materials and organic ferroelectric materials, and comprehensively promote the new research and new development of computer storage materials.
New phase-change memory and the improvement of materials 1-1.
The Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) phase change materials research has more than 20 years of time.
In short, Ge2Sb2Te5 is the most ideal materials found for phase change.

Introduction
The analysis of functionally graded materials has become a subject of increasing importance motivated by a number of potential benefits from the use of such novel materials in a wide range of modern technological practices.
As it is reported in the literature [6, 7], the graded materials are rarely isotropic because of the nature of techniques used in fabricating them.

metallic bonding materials, organic bonding materials, and resin bonding materials.
Its kerf loss is small so that it can improve utilization of materials and is particularly attractive for machining expensive hard and brittle materials.
According to the bonding materials, there are three basic categories of diamond wire saws, i.e. metallic bonding materials, organic bonding materials and resin bonding materials.
