The biomass of each specie was calculated according to the materials of tally, such as height, diameter and so on in the forest inventory data.
Materials and methods Summary of the study area.
First, the main tree specie’s biomass model in the study area was collected and established, and all tree species’ biomass per area was calculated based on the tally materials of the forest resource inventory; then subcompartment biomass was calculated based on the tree specie composition and the subcompartment area of the subcompartment investigation materials.
