Introduction To meet rapid developments of contemporary technology, brittle materials machining technique has also been keeping pace in the world.
High efficiency mirror surface machining of brittle materials such as glass has become more important as these materials have become used more widely in optical and electronic devices [1].

Preparation of Nanoscale CuO Powders ZHAO Xihua a , XU Min b Key Laboratory of Bio-based Material Science and Technology of Ministry of Education, Northeast Forestry University, Harbin 150040, P.R.China a 1984zhaoxihua@163.com, b xumin1963@126.com Keywords: nano-CuO; direct precipitation method; copper yield; particle size Abstract: Cu(OH)2 precursor was synthesized by direct precipitation method and CuSO4 and NaOH were used as raw materials.
These results showed that the development of nano-particles is normal and the preparation conditions is reasonable, but there is a "soft reunion" phenomenon, which is an inherent feature of nano-powder materials, the smaller the particle size is, the more serious reunion is.

In view of this, many researchers are interested in transparent thermal insulating materials (TIM) for many potential desires in the various fields of industry.
In this paper, we investigated the preparation and characterization, the two kinds of basic materials (CsxWO3, Cs0.33MoO3) properties and the optical properties of nanoceramic composite films for solar light control applications.
Preparation of perovskite-basedcomposites.For synthesis of perovskite oxide, 99.99 % purity ammonium tungstate ((NH4)10H2(W2O7)6), 99.98% purity ammonium molybdate (H8MoN2O4), 99.9 % purity trace metals basis Cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3) were starting materials.
Those materials were dissolved in distilled water and stirring for 1 h at room temperature, and two feed solution were well mixed in the ceramic crucible.
