The present research focuses on the hot forging of 38MnSiVS5 micro-alloyed steel, examining the impact of key process variables, such as working temperature, deformation percentage and rate of cooling on mechanical properties, notably the ultimate tensile strength and impact energy.
Optimizing process parameters to identify critical control factors and achieve desired outputs with acceptable variations is key to enhancing process efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs [4].
In the ANOVA results (Table 5), the rate of cooling emerges as the most influential parameter affecting multiple process responses.

Further, asphalt mortar bending test at low temperature were done to verify the good mechanical performance of diatomite asphalt mortar.
But as one of the most important components of asphalt mixture, asphalt mortar’s good or bad macro-road performance is the key factor affecting the performance of asphalt mixture [6, 7].
The softening point of 7% diatomite asphalt mortar increases 9.78%, while 7% mine filler only improves 4.27%, which is clear that the softening point of diatomite asphalt mortar is much higher than mine filler, indicating that diatomite is more conducive to improve the high-temperature properties of asphalt mortar.

Therefore, its melting point, magnetic, optical, thermal conductivity, conductivity and other characteristics are often different from the properties of the material in the overall state.
The one-dimensional structure of NW can show better mechanical properties; at the same time, the ordered and uniform structure also makes the mass transfer of each phase of electrode reaction more smooth, and becomes a good electron collector and has good conductivity [6].
In this paper, PtNWs were prepared by soft template method, and their properties were tested and characterized.
In the summary of literature and practical application, we can consider the influence of three factors on the synthesis of NWs.
In addition to the internal factors that affect the soft template synthesis of NWs, the external factors, that is, the rotation speed of the magnetic stirrer, can also affect the synthesis of NWs.

Unique properties of Ni-Al materials make them useful in designing a new class of porous burners demonstrating improved characteristics.
Considering the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy, the relative error in determining PR using formula (1) is found to be d » (d21 +d22 +d23)0.5 » 8 %.
Compared to the flare combustion, during filtrational combustion of natural gas the increased radiative energy efficiency of the reaction products is due to the following factors: 1.
Properties of porous SHS materials for radiative burners Porous SHS materials for radiative burners Nonoxide compounds and compositions Ni-Al, Ni-Ti, Ti-C, Mo-Si, etc.

But
amorphous SiCN matrix would occur crystallization when subjected to high temperature [2,3], and
crystallization behavior has complex effect on properties.
It will destroy the primitively dense microstructure of C/SiCN and result in falling of mechanical properties.
The stress field within amorphous SiCN is also considered as a factor that may affect the crystallization.
Secondly, the diffusion behavior of atomics is affected by many factors.

The analysis of variance showed that the charcoal types (A), and screw press speed (B) significantly affected pressing capacity and properties of charcoal block, but screw press speed did not significantly affect heating value and utilization efficiency (Table 2).

Since 1990, micro-metal forming technology became more and more important [2,3].The main reason for the development of micro-metal forming is that it keeps the forming process costs down, increases production efficiency, and improves mechanical properties and material precision.
The effects of grain size, d/D or d/T to the true strain-stress curves after introducing factors such as grain refining and size-effects will be discussed.
Size-effect is one of the factors that affect micro-metal forming.
In contrast, C26000 displays inverse properties vs.

Durability provides the ability of the structure to maintain its load-bearing capacity for a certain period of time with simultaneous loading, chemical factors and temperature [7].
Usually, concrete and steel reinforcement largely loses their strength properties when exposed to temperatures above 200-300° C [17].
(4) We rewrite (4) taking into account: , (5) where - function, depending on the ratio of the deformation properties of the material under short-term and long-term load action (material state function).
In order to determine the degree of influence of the external compressive load on the properties of cooled concrete, the prisms were heated and cooled under the action of a load of from the destructive load or in its absence.
As the preheating temperature of the concrete increases, its integrity is violated, cracks appear in its structure, its porosity increases, which is the main factor determining the change in the physical and mechanical characteristics of heavy concrete after the temperature effect.

In this paper, the characteristics of the
high temperature oxidation properties of Fe-Si alloys are discussed in terms of oxide growth
mechanism, kinetics and phase morphology.
Moreover, the scale properties affect the final steel surface quality and its response to further processing.
Controlling the oxidation kinetics and mechanical properties of the oxides can then simplify pickling and improve the steel downstream behaviour [1].
The reaction of an oxidant and a metal may depend on a number of factors Depending on temperature, time, atmosphere conditions and steel chemistry, energy barriers develop, which must be overcome for an oxide to grow.
The presence of these defects will affect transport of reactants through the scale.

Used AR2000ex rheometer, investigated the effects of different sessions on the rheological properties of the grease.
When mechanical equipment stop working, grease can restore a certain viscosity, present solid properties and adhere on the surface of friction pair, because it is no longer affected by shearing action.
The rheological properties of grease decide it can work in the place where the lubricating oil inapplicable.
The Research Status At present, the review of literature on the rheological properties grease is still very limited.
Grease added different thickener present different rheological properties and their use are also different.
