Theoretical study allowed formulating the main criteria of receiving strong permanent joints to produce structures with advanced reliability as it creates favorable conditions for producing a more balanced deposited metal structure and reducing the heat-affected zone.
Due to this formation of the weld under extremely low temperatures requires special engineering solutions.

Mouse Deformation Design Based on CAE Jian Zhou1,a,Lijun Li 1,b,Xin Li1,Yaguo Zhang1 1Machinery and Electrical Engineering College of Centre South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, 410004, P.R.China a zhoucx189@163.com,bjunlili1122@163.com Keywords:Up and down cover of mouse;Moldflow;Pouring system location.
Introduction Because mouse surface belongs to advanced curve property, so solid models of up and down cover of mouse were built by Pro/E, its’ drawing was based on three-dimension, it had characteristic distinguish with two-dimension, the created three dimensional model had direct and stereo perception properties, it could be observed from any angles.
There are many advanced properties in the three dimension deformation of mouse, such as property orders, “style”, “curve”, “kick”, etc., the top cover deformation of mouse is shown as Figure 2.
