Introduction With the mechanical development to high-speed, the nonlinear vibration phenomenon of mechanical system is more apparent than before, which is caused by clearance.
Ordinary mechanical optimization design can make some mechanical property achieve optimal, but it is hard to keep the mechanical system in stability for long time, because it don't consider the random of structural physical and geometric parameters [2].
Robust design is a modern design method which comprehensively considers the influences of uncontrollable factors, such as size errors and clearances in pairs, to the dynamic responses of mechanical system [3,4,5].

Material and testing methods The metal guiding and casing are manufactured with the requirement of good mechanical properties resistant to the internal overpressure of the expanding wax and high thermal conductivity facilitating heat exchange between the refrigerant and the wax, so brass is usually used.
Results showed that the distribution of mechanical properties in the casing wall is very uneven.
The factors affecting SCC: a) Alloy – the composition, microstructure and heat treatment of alloy, effects SCC occurrence. b) Stress – there is a threshold stress below which cracking will not occur.
The reason was the simultaneous influence of several negative factors: - in addition to the stress caused by the overpressure of the molten wax, a higher level of residual stresses caused by deformations can be expected in the places where the thermostat is calibrated or where the guiding is pressed into the casing (i.e. at the crack positions)

The part geometry is greatly dependent on the selection of input control variables such as mechanical properties of the workpiece, shapes of the products desired, engineers often face with the problem of selecting appropriate and optimum combinations of input control variables for the required part quality.
Numerical simulation procedure Material properties.

Asphalt mixtures’ water stability depends on the prosperities of aggregates, the interaction between asphalt and aggregates, and the types of asphalt mixtures, construction, rolling and other factors.
Obviously, calcium sulfate whisker improves the interfacial properties between asphalt and aggregates; increase the viscosity of asphalt mortar; so it can easily improve the water stability of the mixture.
Anti-Fatigue Properties.
Summary 1) As a kind of crystal fiber, calcium sulfate whisker and its mechanism of modified asphalt mixtures are consistent with the mechanism of fiber-reinforced modified asphalt. 2) Test proves that the high-modulus asphalt mixture with the added calcium sulfate whisker modifier can significantly improve its stability in high temperature, water stability and anti-fatigue properties while not affecting its performance in low temperature, so as to solve the common problems on the road, such as rutting, water damage and others and to ensure that the road has a good service performance. 3) The high-modulus asphalt mixture with the added calcium sulfate whisker can not only improve the road performance, but also has significant economical and social benefits.

The Al2O3 and calcium aluminate inclusions are the root causes of cracks and can reduce the steel’s mechanical property[3,4] .
The excessive amounts of pearlite could improve hardness and brittleness of the steel, but reduce the toughness sharply, so as to the cold bending properties.
The wdmanstatten structure could reduce the mechanical property of steel, especially the plasticity and impact toughness, and it can also improve the brittle transition temperature which could reduce the cold bending properties of the steel[8].
The rolling temperature and cooling rate are the main factors influencing the rebar structure property.
In this way, the brittleness of steel increased, and the cold bending properties of the steel reduced.

Thereby the focus on imaging properties are further decided[2,3].
Its main characteristics and nature: (1) It is a static electric field, the field has nothing to do with the time; (2) It is a field in a vacuum; (3) The structure of the field is rotating axisymmetric; (4) It does not consider the effect of the electron beam space charge and current, the field is almost not affected by the influence of space charge or current space distribution[4].
This study takes 60 kw, 30 kv melting electron beam gun for example, by considering the various factors and the corresponding calculation, get the structure size of three electrodes of the melting electron beam gun and form the structure of high voltage electrostatic field.
Four characteristics and properties of the high voltage electrostatic field determine it is passive and irrotational, which can be obtained the Laplace equation of meeting potential distribution within the scope of the field(the form in cylindrical coordinates)[5]: Set the boundary curve for , so the paragraphs boundary curve and its boundary conditions are as follows: The Laplace equation of the above is discrete.
Through analysis, there are two main reasons: (1) The theoretical calculation is approximate, some assumptions are made to make the system perfect in the process of calculation, simplify and ignore several factors such as space charge density
