The effect of different parameters during thermo-mechanical processing on the earing behavior of AA3003 aluminum sheets has been investigated.
This thermo-mechanical treatment which involves both cold plastic deformation and recrystallization, results in sheets with anisotropic mechanical properties.

Of course, for the rapid floor heave, we should do for the prevention: (1) Strengthen the underground geological prospecting, probe the detailed litho logy and structure of roof and floor, change the mechanical properties of rock and improve the strength of surrounding rock.
(2) The causes on rapid floor heave are mainly four factors including the weakening of surrounding, affect by the stress concentration, affect by the gas pressure and floor water pressure rock, and affect of support situation and so on

Si eutectic and dendrite α-Al in the composites was finer than unreinforced, therefore these finer phases in composites was also contributed to increase mechanical properties of AMC such as tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance in addition to good weeting between Al alloy and Al2O3 (see figure 6 as below).

Crack initiation, wear and failure are caused by mechanical fatigue as local stresses in the contact area are high.
Using three uni-dimensional sensors in the microscope allowed finding a strong correlation between the magnetic field and the stress intensity factors during crack growth.
It was found that the magnetic field intensity is affected by the magnetization direction as well as the magnetization location.
