Abstract.
As one of a family of ultra high performance cementitious composites, earlier ECC (engineered cementitious composites) proposed by Li and Leung, with tensile strain capacity in excess of 3% in uniaxial tension under the condition of low fiber (mainly PVA or PE fiber) volume fraction, is designed with micromechanical principles.

Abstract.
Introduction Base-isolated technique is an effective, economic and readily available new system for earthquake resistance design of building and civil structures. it has been confirmed that isolation technique can avoid the earthquake damage of building structure and non-structural elements during past earthquake experiences.
It should be noted that for mid-story seismic isolation structure, when mass ratio >0.5, corresponding optimal damping ratio is greater than 0.3, it is difficult to realized in practical engineering.

Introduction
The introduction of Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) has significantly advanced civil engineering, offering materials with high compressive and tensile strength and improved durability [1], [2].
NLFEA allows for the derivation of model uncertainty statistics tailored to specific failure modes, thereby refining safety factors to values typically accepted within the engineering community [25].
