Introduction
The introduction of Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) has significantly advanced civil engineering, offering materials with high compressive and tensile strength and improved durability [1], [2].
NLFEA allows for the derivation of model uncertainty statistics tailored to specific failure modes, thereby refining safety factors to values typically accepted within the engineering community [25].

The application of SMAs, especially superelastic (SE) NiTi SMAs, for civil engineering was first recognized in the 1990s.
SMA elements selected for civil engineering applications should preferably exhibit the following properties: 1) high material utilization efficiency, 2) low risk of damage, and 3) ease of installation.

So, it becomes one of the focuses of civil engineers on what the difference is between them.
A great deal of research about the floor acceleration response spectrum is done for nuclear reactor plant [1-4], and less study is done for ordinary civil building, especially there is few study done for super high rise building[5-7].

Therefore, to realize the integration of BIM in the whole life cycle of production and management of engineering data, the advanced design and advanced nature, it is extremely important for Chinese LA to precondition to establish this understanding.
BIM technology lead the construction of information technology to a higher level, and it will be considered that BIM technology have incalculable effects for the construction industry science and technology progress, especially it will greatly enhance the degree of integration of building engineering.

Such models often compromise between engineering judgment and the actual mechanics of the problem.
Furthermore, choice of the input variables is strongly affected by engineering judgement.
