Materials and methods Soil samples were collected in the Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve in May 2007 in order to analyze the regional variation of nitrogen and phosphorus distribution characteristics in wetland soils.
Quality assurance and quality control were assessed using duplicates, method blanks and standard reference materials (GBW07401) obtained from the Chinese Academy of Measurement Sciences and the recovery rate of phosphorus was 108%.
