The big data era enable us to carry out data operations based on the extremely large data volumes to realize the datamation of manufacturing industrial chain.
We can use the big data technology to carry out the data operation within the background of big data.
Meanwhile, cost reduction also depends on the accountant’s work, including measuring, recording and statement.
Meanwhile, the accuracy of data collection is the key to reliable data analysis results.

Abstract Nanocrystalline Co82Ni18 alloy was synthesized by polyol reduction of cobalt-nickel hydroxide precursor.
The saturation magnetization of the nanocrystalline alloy was about 107 (emu/g) at room temperature and the M-H measurements at 300 K and 5 K indicated that the nanocrystalline alloy exhibits close to superparamagetic behaviour. 1 Introduction Magnetic alloy nanoparticles posses interesting applications in the area of catalysis, ferrofluids, data storage, magnetic resonance imaging, hyperthermia and drug delivery systems and excellent reviews on such topics are reported in the literature [1-3].

The XRD data shows that the material FePO4 before being subjected to cyclic
voltammetry was amorphous and the spectra of the same material after electroreduction (fig. 3b)
during the cyclic voltammetric experiment was crystalline.
The reduction/oxidation mehanism of FePO4 was further investigated by subjecting synthetically prepared LiFePO4 to oxidation followed by reduction through a cyclic voltammetric experiment.
A reduction peaks C1 and C2 at - 525 and - 405 mV indicates the presence of LiFePO4 and Fe3O4 respectively.
This assignment is based upon XRD data of those materials reported in the literature [2].
Conclusions It is concluded that the reduction of FePO4 results in the formation of intercalated FePO4.

Can be seen from the above data, the Henan power grid to reduce energy loss and huge economic growth potential.
To some extent hindered the company effectively and timely tracking, supervision, promote grass-roots unit of line loss management. 3.Henan power line loss management system framework The line loss management system in Henan power grid, based on the unified data model, unified, unified coding, the loss will be distributed at the power supply company governs all voltage levels within the scope of the calculation basis for data integration, establish the loss database, eliminating the "information island" loss, forming a data integration platform.
Based on this platform, line loss management system project in the province and city power supply company scheduling in SCADA system, OMS system, electrical energy management system, substation meter reading system, power marketing of power information collection system based on the data source, through the standard interface of building data correlation, the data cleaning, conversion, transmission to the enterprise service bus, supply subsystem extraction, selection.
(4) the line loss analysis system The comparison between theoretical and statistical line losses analysis, trend analysis, comprehensive electric line loss analysis, data display, data monitoring, anti-theft, electric monitoring and other advanced application functions with bulk users
The two basic function of the system implementation: (1) the data integration system Implementation of grid model management, system management, system maintenance, basic data query functions, for the theoretical line loss online calculation and "four points" statistical computing subsystem provides a standard data platform

The order of reduction of the MIII/MII redox couple, according to increasing reduction potential, is: [Cr(acac)3] < [Fe(acac)3] < [Mn(acac)3] (with the most positive reduction potential).

Data sources and research method
Study Area.
Data and Data Sources Population. The total population refers to the permanent population of Shenzhen at the end of that year, and annual population data is sourced from 1979-2009 Shenzhen Statistical Yearbooks.
The carbon emission of land use (expressed as LC).It is mainly estimated on the basis of vegetation and soil; among of them, the vegetation carbon stock data is based on the Cat.
In this research, the measurement and test of data models are processed with Eviews 6.0 econometrics package.
Based on nominal GDP and real GDP of Shenzhen, as well as the statistical data on population over years, real GDP per capita and per capita LC could be calculated (Figure 2).

The main technical data of the continuous caster after the modification are shown below in Table 1.
Table 1 - Main Technical Data of 2,300mm Slab Caster at Baosteel Zhanjiang No.
Dynamic Soft Reduction.
Dynamic soft reduction is also one of the key factors to improve the slab quality.
The dynamic soft reduction models originally provided for the slab casters at Baosteel Luojing failed to achieve stable operation.

An approach to the problem is to apply dimensionality reduction to the data for the object
of classification and identification.
Learning the manifold underlying the fault data is important because the manifold reveals the intrinsic structure of the data and the essential relations in them.
In Section 4, experiments are performed on the benchmark data and real data sets to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
In Step 2, the local geometry in the neighborhood of each data point is characterized by the linear coefficients that best reconstruct the data point from its neighbors.
From the experimental results, it can be concluded that the proposed CSSLLE has an ability of extracting the most discriminating data with the best generalization among all the used dimensionality reduction methods.

The experiments focused on monitoring the vibration signals using a vibration data acquisition system during turning operation.
It is apparent that a reduction of chatter amplitude will result in improved surface finish, tool life, machining accuracy, productivity, as well as reduction of operation.
Vibration data were measured using a Kistler (50 g) accelerometer connected at the bottom of cutting tool holder.
The data was collected using Dewtron signal analyzer and displayed using ‘DASY Lab’ software.
Subsequently, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) transformed the vibration data to a function of frequency domain.

The calculated data show that the improvement measures, e.g. reduction of dolomite consumption and energy consumption, in Chinese Pidgeon process led to 23% decrease of the GWP for the primary magnesium production in 2009 compared with 2005.
Data Collection.
The input data of materials and energy consumption were based on investigation to China magnesium factories.
An upper bound, average and lower bound data of Pidgeon process were summarized in Table 1.
These values were compared with published data in Table 3 in order to estimate the influence of uncertainties on these impacts.
