Lett. 31, 710, (2010). ] typically employed to get a reduction of the interface states density.
For this reason, proper calibration samples consisting of many different doping levels (typically ranging from 1015 to 1020 cm-3) with known resistivity are used to obtain R vs r calibration curves for SSRM data quantification.
Such treatments, used to achieve a reduction of the interface state of density and an improvement of channel mobility in MOSFETs, have been shown to cause an incorporation of N or P in a nm-thick SiC layer underneath the gate oxide.
Fig.5 reports the surface morphology (a), the lateral current map (b) and the respective line profiles ((c) and (d)) for EG on 8° off-axis SiC, showing a significant reduction of the EG conductance over (11-2n) facets with respect to the basal plane (0001).
Finally, CAFM has been employed to study the current transport in epitaxial graphene (EG) grown on off-axis 4H-SiC (0001), showing a significant reduction of the EG conductance over (11-2n) facets with respect to the basal plane (0001).

When the fibre reinforced composites (FRC) are applied for sandwich panels it is possible to achieve weight reductions of the element of about 30% [26].
Fig. 6 Plate with connectors Fig. 7 Plastic dissipation for plates without stiffeners Conclusions The presented work is focused on the improvement of the blast response of the blast walls in terms of energy dissipation and reduction of dynamic impact on the supporting primary steelwork.
It is shown that significant improvements in energy dissipation and reduction of forces while reducing displacements may be achieved by modifying the plate typology.
The reduction of the relative displacement was observed whereas the energy dissipation was significantly increased.

Introduction With global concerns mounting over energy security, environmental sustainability, and climate change, the reduction of fossil fuel consumption and the expedited development and utilization of renewable energy sources have emerged as a shared consensus and collaborative effort among nations worldwide [1].
Data from the China National Energy Administration indicates that as of December 2023, the installed wind power capacity has reached 440 million kilowatts, marking a 20.7% year-on-year increase.
To refine the microstructure grain size and enhance low-temperature impact toughness, a rolling reduction ratio exceeding three times was mandated.
The rolling reduction per pass was increased to ensure that the rolling deformation penetrated the steel plate’s center, thereby enhancing its overall performance.
During the recrystallization stage, high temperature, low speed, and significant reduction were applied.

In fact, the material quality has rapidly increased due to the strong reduction of the overall defects density [4] and the material suppliers became able to provide large size wafers (up to 150mm).
Not least, also the raw material cost is recently showing a fast reduction thanks to the increased number of players in the field.
A correlation between Dit and the field effective channel mobility mFE has been established considering both our data and the state of the art results found in the literature (Fig. 3b) [8].
Drift resistance increase is balanced by channel resistance reduction due to channel mobility increase.
Complete results of such analysis is shown in Fig. 6 where normalized VTH is reported: a positive gate bias stress up to +30V (orange dots and red line) brings an increase of 15% respect to VTH starting value, on the contrary a negative gate bias stress (red line) up to -30V brings a reduction of 25%.

The maximum level of LCE and LCC reduction through improving building envelop was also investigated.
Data utilized for computing building materials mass was obtained from the bill of quantities (BOQ) which provides the set of building information including its type, size, quantity as well as price.
Energy reduction for different building envelop compared to base case Table 4.
The best choice of each options, therefore, was integrated to re-investigate the maximum level of LCE and LCC reduction through improving building envelop materials.
However, a number of emission reduction was only 4% compared to the base case.

These tendencies were the same as those of referential data in the thin single edge notched tension (SENT) specimens of the same tubes.
Using the data of both tube specimens and SENT specimens, it was noted that the higher crack velocities slightly reduced the constant CTOA.
The constant CTOA data of the SENT specimens [9] were referred, and the relationship between the constant CTOA and αg was discussed.
For reference, the data of αg and the constant CTOA in the SENT specimens [9] are also shown in the figure.
With reference to the SENT specimen data of the same steels, it was demonstrated that the higher crack velocities slightly reduced the constant CTOA.

Their reduction is performed with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) purchased from Sigma Aldrich.
Reduction time is 120 min.
FTIR data showed that GO samples contain OH, C=O, CO, COH, C=C and some other functional groups: OH – 3200–3700, CH2 – 2924 and 2854, aromatic ring C=C – 1641, C=O – 1744, epoxy C–O – 1213 cm−1, etc.
According to the literature, during the reduction of GO to rGO by the different methods, the maximums of diffraction peaks appear at different values of 2θ between 20.0 and 26.64° [16, 17].
Partial reduction of rGO–Fe2O3 composite obtained by vacuum exfoliation (400–450°C) with hydrogen results in magnetic composite rGO–Fe3O4 and complete reduction of rGO–Fe.

Then the new filter method is applied to deal with data where the region of Quebec, Canada.
From the filter results, frequency estimated filter can get better result in steep terrain area(the middle part of the interferogram),but in the flat terrain area(both sides of the interferogram)the result is poor, resulting in the “island” phenomenon, and the number of residual reduces to 2669.Wiener filter method is opposite to the frequency estimated filter, resulting in better result in sparse stripes, in the intensive stripes the minimum mean square error estimation produces streaks overlap, the number of residual is 1477.The proposed method selects the filter method according to weight coefficients of local terrain slope, the result obtained is more accurate, noise suppression affection is significant, and better maintain the phase detailed information, the number of residual is 923,residual reduction rate is 97.6%.
And using real data, frequency estimated filter, Wiener filter and this paper method are compared and analyzed.

The data obtained suggest that the materials manufactured can be effectively used in the systems of syngas manufacturing (for the Fischer – Tropsch process) and in the production of hydrogen from natural gas.
The CS reaction involves reduction of part of NiO (3NiO + 2Al → 3Ni + Al2O3) and alloying of the powders of different oxides.
Summary The data obtained in this work suggest that combustion synthesized catalysts containing rare-earth elements could be effectively used in the systems of syngas manufacturing to be further implemented in the Fischer – Tropsch process (the required ratio Н2/CO = 2) and in the production of hydrogen fuel.
